The short version: Memlo collects what it needs to make your kits and run your account. We don't sell your data, and there are no ads.

What we collect

  • Your Google account basics: name, email and profile photo, so you can sign in.
  • Your kits and progress: the kits you make, and how you're doing on them, so they follow you to every device.
  • Your uploads: the files you add when you make a kit. They're sent to the AI to write your kit. Memlo doesn't keep a copy of the files afterward; your kit is what's saved.
  • Usage: how many kits and practice sets you've made and what each cost us, for your plan's limits.
  • Payments: which plan you have and your Stripe customer number. Stripe keeps your card details; we never see them.
  • Feedback you send us, with your email so we can reply.

Who else handles it

Memlo runs on a few trusted services. Each only gets what it needs:

  • Anthropic (the AI that writes and checks kits) receives your uploads and exam details. Under Anthropic's commercial terms, they aren't used to train its models.
  • Supabase stores your account, kits, progress and usage.
  • Vercel hosts the website.
  • Stripe handles payments.
  • Google handles sign-in.

We only share your data otherwise if the law requires it.

On your device

Memlo saves your kits and progress in your browser so they load fast and work offline, plus a sign-in cookie. No advertising or tracking cookies.

Your choices

  • Delete a kit anytime from My kits.
  • Delete your whole account anytime in Settings. Your kits, progress and account are deleted right away, and Memlo Plus stops. We keep only a scrambled copy of your email, so the same email can't get a second free first kit, and the payment records the law requires.
  • Want a copy of your data? Email support@memlo.study and we'll send it within 30 days.
  • Memlo isn't meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their data.

Changes

If we change how we handle your data in a way that matters, we'll tell you in the app before it applies.
